From family gatherings to a mission

                   hen I started tracing my fascination with deep conversations back to its roots, I                                   realized that it began long before Braininess existed.

It began with my family.

 

I grew up surrounded by people who were all interesting in their own way. Everyone had their own passions, experiences, stories, and ways of seeing the world. What they did for a living was only one small part of who they were.

 

Every Friday, we had a tradition; in fact, we still do. We call them “Winey Fridays”.

We would gather as a family, pour some wine, eat, talk, laugh, and simply spend time together. The conversations were often niche, unexpected, and sometimes completely unrelated to what anyone did professionally. They came from personal experiences, curiosities, passions, and things someone had recently discovered.

 

There was never a need to force a “deep conversation.” It happened naturally because everyone brought something of themselves to the table.

Looking back, I think those Fridays shaped my understanding of what meaningful connection feels like.

They taught me that when interesting people are given the time and space to sit together, something special happens.

 

Today, being away from my family has made me realize how much I miss that atmosphere.

And that is where Braininess comes from.

I want to recreate that feeling, not by recreating my family, but by building a new one.

 

A family of curious minds, passionate people, independent thinkers, and people who genuinely enjoy learning from one another.

Braininess is my attempt to keep that flame alive, wherever I am.

What started as Winey Fridays around a family table became the inspiration for a much bigger idea:

 

The Braininess family.
